RETURN POLICY:

All returns will be accepted for a refund due to defective or manufacturer errors. No returns for worn merchandise, normal wear and tear will not be accepted for returns. Any purchase that is under 30 days and is defective will be replaced with the exact same item or in rare circumstances in-store credit will be issued for the amount of the item. Ann Adrian' Collections reserves the right to reject refunds or exchanges if a claim is found to be fraudulent. To make this process fast and easy please be able to provide clear details and photos to address the issue.

Shipping Policy

All items are manufactured and shipped directly from our facility located in Le Marche' Italy.

Domestic (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all US orders via DHL Express or FedEx. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–15 business days.

International International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
